Nature of business:
Bar turning is a process enabling the production of parts through automatic turning and machining with the removal of scrap. The material, in the form of bars or coiled metal wire, is machined on Escomatic turning machines with cams or CNC sliding headstock turning machines.
Located in the Jura Arc, the birthplace of the Swiss precision turned parts industry (in Europe), Polydec SA produces very small high precision turned parts, 0.05 to 4.00 mm in diameter and with a maximum length of 50 mm.
The majority of our customers are in the automotive, electronics, watchmaking and medical industries.
